What you should know about using homemade masks
Face masks give your face a healthy and fresh-looking skin. World famous companies offer countless masks with different composition. Our task is to choose a mask that fits your age, skin type and options for purchasing.
There is a second option – to have fun with what nature gives us. The fridge is where you hide all the ingredients you need for your skin to shine.
Making the masks at home is always fun. But before proceeding to the mask making, here are some tips that will help you to properly use the gifts of nature.
Mix the masks just before you use them. Homemade masks should be prepared from well washed fruits and vegetables and just before you use them.
Leave them to work as much as recommended. Most face masks should stay for 15-20 minutes.
Relax. The period in which the mask works, pass it in the relaxed position. Find time for yourself and relax.
Apply masks only to throughly cleaned skin. If you have more time, it is best to first make the warm compression. Dip a towel in hot water, drain it and place it on the face for 2-3 minutes.
Apply them precisely. The mask should not be applied in the area around the eyes, eyebrows and lips.
Remove them carefully. Usually the masks should be removed with lukewarm water, but if you want in some cases you can use chamomile tea.
Let this become your habit. To achieve the effect, use homemade masks whenever you have a chance. Of course, the oily face needs them the most – at least 2 times a week.
