You can make this homemade raspberry hand scrub in minutes, you only need a few ingredients and you’ll get refreshing and nourishing DIY hand scrub. You will need: 5 raspberries, 3 tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. In a bowl mash the raspberries, add the extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Take the mixture in your palms and start rubbing it gently on your hands and palms. Make sure you rub the homemade hand scrub on your fingers also. Massage your hands gently for 1 minute and rinse the DIY hand scrub with warm water. Dry your hands with a towel.
Homemade hand treatment – Easy and simple hand scrub
You can make a homemade hand scrub by using only two ingredients – sugar and oil. You can use your favorite oil – extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, sweet almond oil etc. You will need: 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of your favorite oil. In a small bowl mix the ingredients until combined and take the mixture in your palms. Gently rub the DIY hand scrub on your hands and massage your fingers for 1 minute. Rinse with warm water and dry your hands with a soft towel.

Boil one small potato and leave it to cool. Place it in a bowl and mash it. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or sweet almond oil. Mix well and apply the mixture on your hands. If you love to cook but you don’t like the smell on your hands, then this refreshing homemade lemon hand mask is for you. It will also lighten any discoloration on your hands and will make your hands rejuvenated and refreshed. You will need: 1 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice (if you want to make it more lemony – add some lemon zest too), 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. In a bowl mix all of the ingredients and apply the mixture to your hands. Leave it for 15 minutes and just before you rinse it, massage your hands gently for one minute. There are many overnight hand treatment out there but most of them are full with chemicals. You can make your own homemade overnight hand treatment in a minute. You will need: 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite oil – extra virgin olive oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, castor oil, coconut oil etc. and a pair of old fabric gloves. If you can find some cotton gloves from a drugstore it will be great because you can just wash and use them for many different DIY overnight hand treatments. Massage the oil into your hands, slip the gloves onto your hands and go to bed. The next morning your hands will be soft and nourished.
Extra tip: If you can’t find any old gloves, use a pair of clean cotton socks – they’ll work too.
Homemade hand treatment for your nails and cuticles
Many women claim that castor oil make their nails stronger and healthier and also make them grow faster. So if you have some castor oil, you can make this homemade hand treatment for your nails and cuticles. You will need: 3 tablespoons of castor oil, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Place the oils in a small metal bowl and place the small bowl over bigger bowl filled with hot water. This will warm the oils without making them too hot. Add the lemon juice and dip your nails in the bowl with the oils. If you can dip both of your hands it’ll be great, if not dip your hands one by one. Let your nails stay in the warm oils for 15 minutes. Then take some of the oil and massage your hands. Rinse the DIY hand treatment with warm water and gentle soap.

To remove the sharp odor of fish, onion or garlic from your hands, all you have to do is to massage your hands with some toothpaste. It will remove the unpleasant odor and make your hands smell minty fresh.
