Special care for dry skin
Avoid powder foundation. However, if you decide to use a powder foundation, first apply a greater amount moisturizing cream. Better option is to use a cream foundation.
Classic soap and water are the worst enemies of dry skin. Instead of soap, use cleansing toilet milks.
Eat healthy. In your daily menu include more vegetables and fruits. Consume foods rich in vitamin A and D. It is advisable to take fish oil supplements.
Beware of dehydration. Every day drink at least six glasses of water or other drinks that do not contain caffeine.
Do not use very strong cosmetics. Avoid cosmetics containing alcohol, masks that tighten the skin or exfoliants.
Do not expose your face on dry heat (sun, fire, other electrical devices). If you are constantly exposed to air conditioning, place in your home and workplace some air humidifiers.
Masks for dry skin
1. Mix 100g honey, 2 yolks, 100 olive oil and then warm the mixture. Apply the mask to the face several times in intervals of 5-7 minutes until you finish all the mixture. Remove the mask with cotton, soaked in camomile tea.
2. Boil and mash one potato, and add one egg yolk and a little fresh milk to make thick pulp. Apply to the face and after 15 minutes wash the mask with lukewarm water.
3. Mash half a banana and mix in one tablespoon of sour milk. Apply to the face and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash your face with chamomile tea.
