This way your hair will look healthy and voluminous, it won’t get greasy too fast and you’ll save money by not using too much conditioner.<\/p>\n If you apply your setting powder before your liquid foundation or moisturizer has dried off, you’ll get uneven coverage. You’ll get patches where the setting powder is caked because of the wet foundation or moisturizer and that doesn’t look good at all. Moreover, you’ll reduce your setting powder’s coverage and your skin imperfections can become more visible.<\/p>\n After applying your liquid foundation or moisturizer, wait at least three\u00a0minutes before applying your setting powder.
